Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), It enclosed the copy of Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the AGM for the Financial Year 2024-25 which is being sent only through electronic mode to all the members of the Company whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs) in compliance with relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI.
