Humming Bird Education has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, on Saturday, September 06, 2025 (which commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 11.30 am), has approved / noted the followings: the Board of Directors have approved appointment of Abhinav Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent Director). Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) and SEBI Circular bearing reference SEBI/ HO/ CFD/ CFD‐PoD‐1/ P/ CIR/ 2023/ 123 dated July 13, 2023, with regard to change in Directors and Key Managerial Personnel is enclosed as Annexure - A; approved the reconstitution of the committees of the board of directors with effective from 06th September, 2025.
