Magnus Steel and Infra has informed that the 47th AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 03:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Further, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the Copy of the Notice convening the 47th AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2024-2025 has been dispatched to the Members through electronic mode. A copy of the aforementioned Notice is enclosed and made accessible on the Company’s website https://www.magnusretail.in/ and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
