Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), it has enclosed the Notice of the 33rd AGM of the Company, which is being sent through email to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/Depository Participant(s). Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and the provisions of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to Monday, September 29, 2025, for the purpose of the 33rd AGM.
