Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with Regulation 47 of the said Regulations, Procal Electronics India has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements published on 09 September, 2025, informing the shareholders about the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said notices were published in the newspapers: Active Times (English - All India Edition) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi - Regional Edition).
