Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with relevant SEBI Circular(s), Repco Home Finance has informed that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics and SES ESG Research have voluntarily assigned the ESG rating of ‘Crisil ESG 60’ and ‘73.2’ respectively to the Company. The Company did not engage the Rating Agencies for the evaluation or issuance of its ESG Rating. The ratings were prepared independently using publicly available information.
