KRBL informs about resignation of non-executive independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KRBL has informed that, Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from September 08, 2025. Consequent to his resignation from the Board, he shall also cease to be the Chairperson/Member of the respective Committees of Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 08, 2025. The relevant details required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed.
