A copy of the Notice of 41st Annual General Meeting is enclosed with this letter. Further, the company has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10(1) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and as per Regulations 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 27, 2025 to Monday, September 29, 2025 and the Company has fixed Friday, September 19, 2025 as the ‘Cut-off’ date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 41st AGM or to attend the AGM.
