Natraj Proteins has submitted the Book Closure dates as required under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 that the Register of Members and Share transfer books shall remain closed from 19th September, 2025 to 25th September, 2025 for the purpose of the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 25th September, 2025 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (‘VC’)/(‘OAVM’). Further, the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Thursday, 25th September, 2025 at 2.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company thorough Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
