EPL informs about commercial paper
In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), EPL has informed that the Company has on September 11, 2025, issued and allotted Commercial Paper of an amount aggregating to Rs 30 Crore (listing approval for which has been received today as on September 12, 2025), as per the details enclosed. Further, the company has clarified that while this intimation is being submitted in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the said allotment is not material in nature to the Company.
