In compliance with Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agents BgSE Financials, Mac Charles (India) has informed regarding loss of share certificate(s) and request for issue of duplicate shares certificate(s) by the shareholder(s), as details enclosed. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P /CIR /2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities and the duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued after receipt of all necessary documents from the shareholder(s).
