Pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jammu and Kashmir Bank has informed that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics has voluntarily reviewed and assigned the overall Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Rating of ‘Crisil ESG 63 - Strong’ to the Bank for Fiscal 2025 based on the publicly available information.
