Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sanghi Industries has informed that it enclosed, details of voting results and scrutinizer’s report on the Postal Ballot Dated 28th July, 2025 conducted by the Company. The Company had provided e-voting facility to Members through Central Depository Services (India). The e-voting period commenced from Tuesday September 23, 2025, at 9:00 am (IST) and ended on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 5:00 pm (IST), 2025.
