Further to letter dated 22.09.2025, Bannari Amman Sugars has informed that the Postal Ballot was conducted through remote e-voting process, to transact the business mentioned in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 29.08.2025. The business mentioned in the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company have been transacted therein. The Resolutions indicated in the notice of Postal Ballot were also passed with requisite majority. In this regard, the company has submitted the following: (i) Voting results of the business transacted through Postal Ballot as required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - Annexure - I; (ii) Report of the Scrutinizer dated 23rd October, 2025 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 - Annexure - II. The company has uploaded the Voting results and Scrutinizers’ Report dated 23.10.2025 in company’s website: www.bannari.com.
