Indus Fila has informed that Aman Bachhawat (DIN: 10265139), has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 24 October, 2025, for reasons as mentioned in the resignation letter. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of all the committees of the Board. The letter of resignation received from Aman Bachhawat is enclosed herewith. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A (7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular having reference SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 issued in this regard is furnished.
