In terms of Regulation 30 read along with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jindal Steel has informed that it enclosed a copy of advertisement published in today’s Newspapers, Haribhoomi (Hindi) and Financial Express (English) informing about publication of notice of the Postal Ballot and e-voting information. The disclosure will also be available on the Company’s website at www.jindalsteel.in.
