Titan Company informs about resignation of senior management personnel
Titan Company has informed that Ambuj Narayan, CEO of Indian Dress Wear Division of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on 5th January 2026. The details as required in terms of the Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India are enclosed as Annexure A. The communication of resignation received from Ambuj Narayan is enclosed as Annexure B. This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
