Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Storage Technologies and Automation has informed that the Company has received a notice from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) directing the Company to obtain Consent, under the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The said notice has been issued as the activities carried out by the Company fall under the consent mechanism as per the re-categorization of industries notified by the Pollution Control Board. The Company has already applied for the requisite consent and is in the process of taking necessary steps for compliance and obtaining the requisite consent from the KSPCB. The notice does not have a material financial or operational impact, and the Company is making this disclosure voluntarily in the interest of transparency and good governance. Information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, on the above-mentioned notice is enclosed as Annexure A.
