Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) and in furtherance to its letter no. TCS/SE/120/2025-26 dated October 9, 2025, Tata Consultancy Services has informed that ‘HyperVault AI Data Center’ has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on October 29, 2025. The company has enclosed the details of the above as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations as Annexure A. The above information is also available on the website of the Company www.tcs.com.
