Expo Engineering And Projects has informed that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the 29th October, 2025 at the registered office of the company inter alia transacted following business: Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September,2025 along with Limited review report of the Statutory Auditors and any other routine business. The Financial Results will also be published in widely circulated English and Marathi (Vernacular) newspaper in the prescribed format for that purpose. Also in the process of filing the aforesaid financial results in the XBRL format within the stipulated time and same shall be hosted on the Website of the Company.
