With reference to the communication dated September 25, 2025 regarding the discrepancies observed in the Financial Results filed under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, wherein it was noted that Quarterly Results figures were submitted instead of Half Year Ended Results figures for the period ended March 31, 2025, in both PDF and XBRL modes; Gretex Corporate Services has informed that the necessary rectifications have been carried out, and the revised Half Yearly Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) in PDF and XBRL formats have been duly uploaded on the BSE Listing Centre portal.
