As informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in company’s scrip by the members of promoter group, directors, designated persons and other connected persons of the company has been closed from the Wednesday, October 1, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended on September 30, 2025. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended on April 1, 2019, BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and code of conduct of the company.
