To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2025 and to adopt the Limited Review Report of the Auditor’s thereon; 2. Any other business with the permission of chairman of meeting. Further as informed vide letter dated September 29, 2025 (BRPL/SEC/2025/72), the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives, as required under the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, was already closed from October 01, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.
