Hem Holdings & Trading has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th November, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025 and to discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting. Further, as already intimated the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025 for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.
