Bartronics India informs about disclosure
Pursuant to the Schedule III (part A) of Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bartronics India has informed that the Company has been empanelled by Bank of Maharashtra as a Corporate Business Correspondent (CBC) for providing business correspondent services to the Bank for a period of five years. In accordance with the requirements Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has provided the requisite disclosures in the attached Annexure A.
