Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works informs about receipt of work order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has informed that the company (‘KMEW’) has received a Letter of Award from Visakhapatnam Port Authority for ‘Manning, Operation, Maintenance and Complete Technical Management of contractor Owned 01 No. ASTDS-GTTP Tug’. The said order is valued at Rs. 384.33 Crores including taxes to be executed over a period of 15 years. The company has attached a copy of the Press Release with respect to same as ‘Annexure – A’. The details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given in ‘Annexure B’ to this letter.
