Pack Prefab Technologies informs about memorandum of understanding
Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pack Prefab Technologies has informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MOU’) with the MASCOT South Asia LLP. The purpose of signing the said MOU is to facilitate the proposed capacity addition planned by Epack Prefab Technologies, which is intended to be undertaken in the State of Gujrat in collaboration with MASCOT South Asia LLP and the Company. The details, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as an Annexure A.
