Network People Services Technologies informs about receipt of approval for listing of equity shares
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Network People Services Technologies has informed that the company has received approval for the listing of 14,46,500 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having a face value of ₹10 each, allotted on a preferential basis from BSE. The approval has been granted by BSE vide its letter LOD/PREF/KS/FIP/1255/2025-26 dated November 27, 2025. A copy of the listing approval received from BSE is enclosed.
