Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Batliboi has informed that Jeff Day, the CEO of Quickmill Inc., a material overseas subsidiary of Batliboi has been replaced by Chad Watson the interim CEO. The above change does not have any financial and operational impact or any other impact on the Company business.
