Rajratan Global Wire has informed that the Company has entered into and Shareholders’ Agreement on 27th November, 2025 for investments of a total amount of Rs 1.44 Crores in the paid-up share capital of Lilac Ecoenergy for captive generation of solar / wind power. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
