Further to letter dated 26th November, 2025, BASF India has informed that it enclosed a copy of advertisement published in Business Standard (English - All Editions) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi Mumbai Edition) dated 27th November, 2025 regarding notice of Postal Ballot and remote E-voting facility to the Members of the Company.
