With reference to earlier intimation dated 29 July 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read together with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Regulations, Kolte-Patil Developers has informed that the Debenture Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Kolte-Patil Developers at their meeting held on Friday, 05 December 2025, approved allotment of 10,994 Series 4 fully, secured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of par value Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 109,94,00,000 on a private placement basis to Marubeni Corporation, Japan. The funds raised from this issuance will be utilized towards general corporate purposes of the Company including without limitation, towards construction and development of the Project. The other required details in terms of the above regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India are enclosed.
