NBCC sells 175 residential units in Noida through e-auction
The company will get marketing fee at 1% of the sale value
NBCC (India) has sold 175 residential units, one tower (Iconic Tower No. 13) at Aspire leisure valley Pkg-1, Gr. Noida (W), UP- Sub-Package-8 through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 485.41 crore. The company will get marketing fee at 1% of the sale value.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
