Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution passed on December 6, 2025, approved the re-constitution of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board with effect from January 1, 2026 by inducting Hiroo Mirchandani, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, as a Member and thereby appointing her as the Chairperson of the Committee. The revised composition of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee with effect from January 1, 2026 is enclosed.
