Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Krystal Integrated Services has informed that the Company has received a Work Order from Jindal Steel (formerly known as Jindal Steel & Power) for providing cleaning and maintenance services for plant toilets located at Jindal Nagar, Orissa. The contract is for a period of 1 year. The details required to be provided as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are annexed as Annexure-A.
