Wim Plast informs about proceedings of shareholder meeting
With reference to intimation dated 3rd November, 2025, and pursuant to the Order dated 7th October, 2025 passed by the Hon’ble Tribunal in the Company Scheme Application no. CA(CAA) No. 44/NCLT(AHM) 2025, Wim Plast has informed that a meeting of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company, was held on Saturday, 6th December, 2025 at 10:00 am and 11:30 am (IST) respectively through video conferencing/other audio visual means, to transact the business contained in the Notice dated 30th October, 2025 for the purpose of considering and approving, the proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Wim Plast and Cello Consumer Products and Cello World. The resolution as set out in the Notice for the aforesaid matter has been approved by the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company with requisite majority.
