Free press (English Edition) and Choutha Sansar (Hindi Edition) of giving Notice to the Shareholders for intimating that the 1st Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 11.30 AM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Notice of 1st EGM will be sent to the shareholders in accordance with the applicable law on their registered email addresses in due course.
