Adani Energy Solutions informs about acquisition
With reference to earlier intimation dated November 18, 2025, regarding the receipt of Letter of Intent, Adani Energy Solutions has informed that the Company has on 12th December, 2025 at about 11.30 am IST executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PFC Consulting Limited for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of KPS III HVDC Transmission Limited (KPS III). In this connection, it has enclosed the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 as Annexure A.
