Manaksia Aluminium Company informs about resignation of CS cum CO
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Manaksia Aluminium Company has informed that Vivek Jain, Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation effective from 12th December, 2025, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the Organization. The detailed disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with SEBI master circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure-A and the resignation letter received from Vivek Jain is enclosed as Annexure-B. The Company is in the process of identifying / appointing a new Company Secretary and shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the position is filled up.
