Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Techno Electric & Engineering Company has informed that Arun Duggal, Independent Director of the Company, has tendered resignation vide letter dated 15th December, 2025. Consequent upon his resignation from the Board, his Chairmanship/ Membership in various Committees of the Board is also ceased effective from the 15th December, 2025. As required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A and the relevant SEBI Circulars, the necessary details are provided in Annexure - 1. A copy of Arun Duggal's resignation letter dated 15th December, 2025, is enclosed as Annexure II for reference.
