Ashiana Housing informs about disclosure
Ashiana Housing has informed that the Company has converted 92 units into booking (comprising of 1.98 Lakhs sq. ft. area, approx., with sale value of INR 145.34 crores) of the project ‘Ashiana Amaya’. The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 14th December 2025 and is currently ongoing. Ashiana Amaya is a Premium Homes project at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) wherein they had launched 230 units comprising of 3 BHK and 4 BHK units.
