Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Popular Foundations has informed that the Company has received a new order of worth ₹ 13.51 Crores from Eversendai Construction. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is attached and marked as Annexure A to this letter.
