Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), Bil Vyapar has enclosed copy of report filed with the Adjudicating Authority pursuant to Regulation 17 (1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, certifying constitution of committee of creditors on 13.12.2025 pursuant to Regulation 21 (1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, on the basis of verification of proof of claims received from the Creditors. The report contains list of creditors as required to be displayed by the corporate debtor under regulation 13(2)(c) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
