L&T Finance raises Rs 50 crore through NCDs

The NCDs have a Tenor of 3652 days and will mature on December 31, 2035

L&T Finance has raised Rs 50 crore through allotment of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. The company has allotted 50 subordinated, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 crore each. The NCDs have a Tenor of 3652 days and will mature on December 31, 2035. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.75% per annum, first coupon payable on December 31, 2026 and annually thereafter.
