Asian Granito India informs about update on acquisition of equity stake
In continuation of earlier Intimation dated 3rd December, 2025, regarding the proposal for acquiring 26% of the paid-up equity share capital of Allomex Steel (ASPL), Asian Granito India has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 26% Equity Shares of ASPL from its existing shareholders on 31st December, 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Allomex Steel has become an Associate Company of the Company. The information as required pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 have already been submitted to the Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated 3rd December, 2025.
