In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), Wockhardt has informed that the Company is in receipt of the Tax Demand Order dated 26th December, 2025 passed by the Superintendent, Central GST Range-11, Division-III, Ghaziabad for the period FY 2019-20 amounting to Rs. 90,23,518/- inclusive of Penalty of Rs. 28,07,984/-. The Company, being aggrieved by the said demand order, is taking steps to file an appropriate appeal against the said demand order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure I.
