Garware Technical Fibres informs about cautionary letter
In compliance with the relevant provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) Garware Technical Fibres has informed that it enclosed a copy of cautionary letter received at ‘Communication Module’ through Listing Centre from the BSE. The information in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, in the prescribed format, is given in Annexure A.
