In accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025, a special window has been opened to facilitate the re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares. Persistent Systems has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisements published in Financial Express (English) All Editions and Loksatta (Marathi) Pune Editions on Thursday, January 1, 2026 in this regard.
