In continuation to its letter Ref. No. CFCL/SE/2025-26/55 dated November 4, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals has informed that the Registrar to an issue & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has been changed from Zuari Finserv (ZFL) to KFin Technologies (KFin) [SEBI Registration No: INR000000221] with effect from January 01, 2026. Letters received from National Securities Depository (NSDL) dated 31st December, 2025 and Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) dated 1st January, 2026, stating that the above change is effective from 1st January, 2026 are enclosed. The contact details of new RTA i.e. KFin are enclosed. Shareholders, Beneficial Owners, Depository Participants and all other concerned are hereby requested to send / deliver the requests / documents / correspondence relating to the Company’s securities to the new RTA i.e. KFin with effect from the above date. Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, execution of a tripartite agreement between the Company, KFin and ZFL is under process and same will be intimated in due course once executed.
