Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), CME Solar Holdings has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘ACME Greentech Eighteen’. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11,2024 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31,2024 are attached as Annexure - A.
